Podcasting is a way to get Activist Radio shows automatically downloaded to your computer or portable audio player. This makes sense if you have an iPod or MP3 player, or if you have a slow Internet connection. With podcasting you will always have the most recent Activist Radio shows as MP3 files on your computer or portable device, ready for listening.

If you own a mac, you already have the program you need: iTunes. Those running Windows will have to download and install iTunes on their computers. It is a free download.

To see if you have iTunes installed, click on the following icon. It should bring you right to Activist Radio's podcasting page:

Now you can add Activist Radio as a podcast feed. Just follow the directions to subscribe. Under settings or preferences, choose how often to download programs and how long to keep them on your computer.

Now, load Activist Radio into your iPod or MP3 player, put in your earbuds, and get ready to change the world!

NOTE: Not all shows are available. When Internet streaming is down, we are unable to record an MP3.
